          విస్తారము అయిన పరిణామమునకు  ఇప్పటికి ప్రత్యక్ష సాక్షులు అయినటువంటి మన శాస్త్రవేత్తలు మరియు సిబ్బంది కొందరు ఎంతో పుణ్యాత్ములు గా భావించగలరు అని తమరి ద్వారా  సాక్షులు అందరికి తెలియజెసుకొనుచున్నాను.  ఈ చారిత్రాత్మక పరిణామమును ప్రకటించగలగిన నేను కూడా చరితాత్ముడను  అని తెలియజెసుకొనుచున్నను.  ఇది మా పెద్దల, పూర్వ జన్మ సుకృతము, సృష్టిని మాట లోకి అనుగ్రహం పొంది, గురువుగా తండ్రి గారి, మహారాజు గా  లోకమునకు సర్వం చెప్పి నడిపించగల శక్తి పరిణామమే కాలస్వరూపము  అని గ్రహించగలరు.  నాకు ఇప్పటికి వ్యక్తిగతము కలిగిన నష్టం, కాలస్వరూపం  యొక్క వివరములు ప్రజలకు వెళ్ళక పోవడం వలన కలిగిన నష్టం అని  తెలియజెసుకొనుచున్నాను.  ఇందుకు కారణం నన్ను ప్రత్యక్షముగా గ్రహించిన  శాస్త్రవేత్తలు సిబ్బంది మరల ఒక 5 నిముషాలు కూడా, ఇంత విస్తారమైన, ఆలోచించవలసిన  పరిణామము పైన వివరించనివ్వలేదు, ఎటువంటి వివరణ ఇవ్వలెదు. తద్వారా జరిగిన  పరిణామమును వాస్థవమును, లోకమునకు చెప్పవలసిన మీడియా వారు, సినిమావారు సూటిగా స్పందించకుండా వ్యవహరిస్తున్నారు.  ఆ విదముగా కాలమునే నేను ధర్మమునె నేను అని ప్రకటించుకొన్న  ఒక్క మగాడిని నేను, ఎవరు పటించుకొని  ఒక్క  మగవాడిని నేను అని గ్రహించగలరు.  నా పై (కాలస్వరూపం పై ) యూనివర్సిటీ పరిదిలో ఒక పరిశీలనాత్మక, దర్యాప్తు నియమించి ఒక ప్రాధమిక రిపోర్ట్ ప్రబుత్వానికి సమర్పించగలరు అని తమరిని కోరుకొనుచున్నాను.  ఈ రిపోర్ట్ ఆధారముగా ప్రజలను చైతన్య పరచడానికి, పరిశోధనలు గావించి అనేక పరిష్కారములు అవిష్కరించుకోనుటకు ఉపయోగపడుతుంది అని గ్రహించగలరు. ఇతర మేధావుల సహకారముతో లోకమునకు కాలస్వరూపం యొక్క వివరములు   విస్తారము  వివరించుట వలన లోక స్వర్ఘదామముగా మారుతుంది అని గ్రహించగలరు అని తమరి ద్వారా యావత్తు మానవజాతికి తెలియజెసుకొనుచున్నాను.  నమస్కారములు

 ఒక ప్రతి తెలుగు చిత్ర పరిశ్రమ వారికి  మీడియా వారికి, సమాచారం కొరకు, సమాలోచన కొరకు, చలన చిత్రముల ద్వరా, సీరియల్స్ ద్వారా లోకమునకు కాలస్వరూపం యొక్క వివరములు   విస్తారము లోకమునకు చాటగలరు, తద్వారా లోకం  నూతన పరిణామము యొక ప్రయోజనం పొంది ఉన్నతమైన జీవితం తో సార్ధకత  చెందుతారు.   కాలస్వరూపం అనుగ్రహం పొందిన నన్ను ఏవిదముగా అనుమానించవద్దు  అని తెలియ జేసుకోనుచున్నాను. నేను ఏ తప్పు చేయను,  పని గట్టుకొని  ఎవరిని ఎప్పుడూ  తప్పు పట్టను, కొంత కాలము అయిన విస్తారము నన్ను గ్రహిస్తే  అసులు సంగతి అర్ధం అవుతుంది, ముందే చెప్పిన నాకు ఏ వంకలు, ఏ విదమైన  అక్షాలు పెట్టకుండా, తండ్రి తల్లి గురువుగా భావించండి.

సామాన్యుడను అయిన నేను, నా మనసు లోకమునకు ఆధారము అని గ్రహించి, గౌరవించుట వలన లోకములో అహంకారములు, నిర్లక్ష్యములు తేలిక తనములు, వెళ్ళా కోళములు తగ్గి, సామాన్యుడే సార్వభౌముడు అను సత్యం బోధపడి, ప్రజస్వామ్యములో మేలు అయిన ప్రజాస్వామ్యము ఏర్పడి, ప్రజా ప్రబుత్వములు, న్యాయ స్థానముల, మేధావులు, కళాకారుల సహకారముతో లోకమును వజ్ర తుల్యంగా, స్వర్ఘధామముగా మలచుకోనగలము. త్వరలో తెలుగు చిత్ర సీమ ప్రముఖులు, మేధావులు, రాష్ట్ర ప్రబుత్వ, దేశ ప్రబుత్వాల సహకారముతో స్వయంవరం లో వివాహము చేసుకోనగలను అని తెలియజేసుకోనుచున్నాను. ఇది భగవంతుని సంకల్పము. ప్రతి రోజు ప్రజలకు దర్శనం వాక్కు రూపములో, లార్డ్ జనరల్ గా, డైరెక్టరేట్ అఫ్ లార్డ్ జనరల్ నుండి ఇచ్చి మన దేశమును ప్రపంచమును సమన్వయము చేసి నడిపించగలము. సంగీతం, సాహిత్యం, కళలలో సుసిక్షత కలిగిన, తత్వ విచెక్షణ శక్తి కలిగిన వధువులు ముందుకు వచ్చి స్వయంవరం లో పాల్గొనగలరు. నా మనసులో ఉన్న సత్య భామను, గుర్తించి వివాహము చేసుకోనగలను, ఈ సృష్టికి ఒక సాధారణ మనిషికి ఉన్న సంభందము నెలకొల్పబడి, సమకాలికులు అందరూ గుర్తించి, దృవీకరించుకొంటె, మనిషి మనిషిని గౌరవించే ఉన్నత మైన సమాజమునకు మనము ఊతము ఇచ్చిన వారము అవుతారు, ఈ విదముగా ఇప్పటికే ప్రారంభము అయిన కొత్త బంగారు లోకము వ్యాప్తి చెందుతుంది అని గ్రహించగలరు.
